Through trauma-informed therapy, creative workshops, and deeply personalized healing experiences, we'll create a space where you can finally stop holding it all together and start actually feeling whole.
This is where the real, quiet work happens — just you and me in a safe, judgment-free space where you don't have to perform, explain yourself, or hold anything together.
My individual therapy sessions are designed specifically for women navigating anxiety, emotional exhaustion, unresolved trauma, and that invisible weight that comes with being the one everyone else depends on. Using a blend of EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, and nervous system regulation, we'll work together to uncover what's been stored in your body and your story — and gently begin to release it.
You don't need to have the words for what you're feeling. You don't need to "be ready." You just need to be willing to start.
Sessions are available in person (Mays Landing, NJ) or online.
There's something that happens when women come together in a room with no agenda except to breathe, create, and be honest — it's magic, and it's medicine.
My workshops are creative, hands-on group experiences designed to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that got buried under the to-do lists, the obligations, and the years of putting everyone else first. From vision board workshops to dreamcatcher sessions to self-love gatherings, every Soul Sisters experience is rooted in therapeutic intention but wrapped in joy, creativity, and real connection.
You'll walk in carrying the weight of your week. You'll walk out with something beautiful you created — and more importantly, with a deeper belief in who you are and where you're headed.
Workshops are held throughout the year at various locations. Check the calendar for upcoming dates.
Step into a full half-day dedicated entirely to you. Our VIP Days are individualized, immersive sessions designed to create space for deep, meaningful work — a chance to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity, purpose, and heart.
During your VIP Day, you’ll enjoy a nourishing lunch and a full, focused session that allows us to explore and address the areas of your life that matter most. Whether you are navigating life transitions — such as relationships, parenting, career changes, or retirement — or working through complex grief and emotional challenges, these sessions are tailored to meet your needs.
Your VIP Day includes:
A thorough intake and evaluation to understand your goals, patterns, and challenges
Guided exploration of your unique experiences and emotions
Development of strategies and tools to help you heal, feel grounded, and embrace life fully

This is not just therapy — it’s a transformative experience designed to help you:
Release what no longer serves you
Reclaim your energy and sense of aliveness
Step into your life with intention, confidence, and heart
A VIP Day is your invitation to slow down, focus inward, and step into your life with renewed clarity, love, and the magic that lives within you.
I know this grief. The kind that people dismiss with "it was just a pet" — as if the love wasn't real, the loss isn't heavy, and your heart isn't genuinely broken.
Your bond with your animal was one of the purest connections you've ever known, and you deserve a space where that grief is honored, not minimized. I offer compassionate, grounded support for both anticipatory grief — when you know the goodbye is coming — and pet loss, when the silence in your home is louder than anything.
As a mom to five dogs, this work isn't just professional for me. It's personal. And I will hold space for every bit of what you're feeling.
Sessions are available in person or online.
Not at all. You can reach out to me directly — no referral, no paperwork from another provider, no hoops to jump through. Just book a free consultation and we'll have an honest conversation about what you're going through and whether we're a good fit. That first step is often the hardest one, so I try to make it as simple as possible.
Great question — they're both healing experiences, but they feel very different. Workshops are group experiences, usually a few hours long, centered around a creative activity like vision boarding or dreamcatcher making. They're about connection, community, and giving yourself permission to exhale in a room full of women who get it.
A VIP Healing Day is a full-day, one-on-one experience designed entirely around you. It blends clinical therapy with somatic and creative healing in a curated setting — think oceanside, in nature, or a private space that feels sacred. It's deeper, more intensive, and for the woman who's ready to do transformative work in a way that a weekly session can't always offer.
It depends on the service. For individual therapy, I am licensed to practice in New Jersey, so therapy sessions are available to anyone currently located in the state — whether in person at my Mays Landing office or via telehealth. If you live outside of New Jersey, I'm not able to provide therapy services due to licensing requirements.
That said, workshops, VIP Healing Days, and pet loss support sessions may have different availability. Book a consultation and we can talk through what's possible for your situation.
Then you're in the perfect place to start. You don't need to have it figured out before you reach out — that's literally what the free consultation is for. We'll talk about what's going on in your life, what you're hoping to feel on the other side, and I'll help guide you toward the experience that makes the most sense for where you are right now. No pressure, no upsell, just an honest conversation.
Here's what I've learned after 30 years of doing this work: there is no "ready." There's no perfect moment, no rock bottom you need to hit, no level of falling apart that qualifies you for support. If you're asking this question, something inside you is already saying it's time.
Most of the women I work with didn't feel ready when they booked that first session. They felt nervous, uncertain, maybe even a little skeptical. And that's completely okay. You don't need to arrive with a plan or even the right words. You just need to be willing to show up — and I'll take it from there.
Not sure where to start? That's completely okay.
Book a free consultation and we'll figure out the right path together — no pressure, no commitment, just an honest conversation about what you need and how I can help.
